1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostKeeper, including the PostKeeper website, Chrome extension, dashboard, and related services.

PostKeeper is operated by PostKeeper, an independent developer brand. Contact: support@postkeeper.app.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using PostKeeper.

4. Product description

PostKeeper is a Chrome extension that helps users export and organize X.com data that is accessible from their own browser session.

5. License to use PostKeeper

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PostKeeper for personal backup, archive, and organization purposes.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PostKeeper complies with applicable laws, X.com's terms, and the rights of third parties.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use PostKeeper to copy, export, automate, or process data in a way that violates applicable laws, platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights. You may not use PostKeeper for unauthorized bulk collection, credential misuse, fraud, harassment, security abuse, or any activity that attempts to access data you are not permitted to view.

8. Payments and subscriptions

PostKeeper offers paid Pro subscriptions. Prices are displayed in USD, taxes may be calculated by Paddle at checkout, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support@postkeeper.app. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

PostKeeper, the website, extension code, product design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by PostKeeper or its licensors. X.com, Twitter, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-party services

PostKeeper may interact with X.com pages and uses Paddle for payment processing and subscription management. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. X.com disclaimer

PostKeeper is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Twitter, or any related entity.

14. Service availability

PostKeeper works with X.com pages and browser functionality. Features may be affected by changes to X.com, browser APIs, platform constraints, availability, account permissions, or platform rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostKeeper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PostKeeper if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the product.

17. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
